We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, so orders are dispatched daily (except for Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays). We aim to have your order ready for courier collection within 1-2 working days (or the following business day for orders on the weekend) for small and single items. For bulk orders, we will let you know the timeframe for delivery when you place your order.
We made every effort to ensure that our shipping costs are affordable and that you receive your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Rural deliveries will incur a rural delivery charge. We can deliver small items (less than 2kg) to PO Boxes if arranged prior to ordering. For large orders, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss additional shipping charges.
Please take care when providing your delivery address as an incomplete address can cause delivery delays and extra costs. We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage once your goods are delivered to the address you provided.
Occasionally, delivery delays may be caused by circumstances outside of our (and our couriers’) control such as adverse weather conditions, seasonal delivery congestion or Covid- related disruptions. Our factory will be closed for a period of time during the Christmas and New Year break. Small orders will be dispatched during this time, but delivery is dependent on courier availability and may be delayed due to public holidays.
Our products can vary significantly in size and weight, so delivery cost is indicated for each product at checkout. We deliver via our nominated couriers unless it is uneconomical to do so. Packages of more than 20kg cannot be delivered by courier and for those orders, we will use a freight forwarding service. If a freight forwarding service is required for delivery, we will contact you with a delivery quote and give you the option to arrange for pickup and delivery using your nominated freight service. This option is NOT available for orders of less than a pallet load.
Once your order is picked up from our factory, you will receive an email from our courier/freight forwarding service informing you of the status, tracking number and the pace of the parcel from us to your destination. For information about your shipment once it is dispatched, please contact the courier service who notified your tracking number directly using the information in their dispatch notification.
If you do not receive a dispatch notification within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us through the Contact Us option.
